Great location on Broadway near Jack London Square. Does not have a lot of indoor seating. What seating they have is rather eclectic. The tap selection is great. Unfortunately for me about half of the taps were empty. There had recently been a couple of nearby shows so their taps were hit pretty hard. We will definitely go back to try more of their brews. The pizzas are delicious! Kind of Detroit and grandma style pies. They do it up proper too. The employees are pleasant, professional, and friendly. The decor is heavy metal-death metal with some satanic stuff. Very interesting and cool just be aware if that sort of thing isn't your cup of tea. 😂 They have some great pinball machines in the arcade. It is a lively location.

Heshers has so many fun pizza topping combos! I love something different and it was reallt hard to choose. We settled on the Canadian Tuxedo (blueberry, blue cheese, bacon) and the Coffin's choice (pepperoni, pineapple, bacon, jalapenos) and both were excellent and balanced. The crust itself was also really good, very crispy outside and light. They also have a great selection of beers and ciders and lots of games including pinball in the back! We passed by Hesher's so many times heading somewhere else in Jack London, so I'm glad we finally stopped there and will be back!

This is a cool pizza spot! Metal and pizza go so well together like PB&J, I’m surprised it took this long for someone to make it happen. That’s a compliment not a complaint! Was there when they had 2 bands playing, and one of the bands me and my buddy went there to see Hedonist; vibe is awesome! Cool spot, and the selection of Pizza is great. They have a pool table, a little corner of arcade and pinball machines which is awesome. Overall, this is an awesome spot, metalheads and punk rockers will love this spot, and the pizza is definitely worth the price!

We had such a great experience at Hesher’s Pizza & Taproom! While waiting on our to-go order of the Cheese Master regular pizza, we played a round of Uno from their giant game closet—literally a chest with drawers full of all kinds of games. We even finished our game right as the pizza was brought out to our table! The atmosphere is awesome—inviting, laid-back, and fun. Between the pool table, pinball machines, and all the board games, there’s something for everyone to enjoy while hanging out. As for the pizza? Absolutely delicious. The Cheese Master hit the spot, and I loved that they included small sealed packets of red pepper flakes, cheese, and more on the side. Fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. Overall, 5 stars across the board. Great food, great atmosphere, and great people. Highly recommend Hesher’s if you’re looking for a fun spot to relax and enjoy top-quality pizza!

I would say that the pizza was created from Satan himself. It was so good I felt like I was doing something wrong. We got the pepperoni honey pizza and it was almost like Detroit style pizza. I always knew that Detroit would be derived from hell. JK but for real this environment is super interesting and is themed on heavy metal. The beer was focused mostly on ciders and was cool that I could get a flight. I would say that if you are cool with something different and are down with metal, show face here. Pro Tip; I saw a couple bring their first date here. I would maybe not do that. Maybe just your homies and play board games. 7.3/10
